Strategic Leadership Coaching Overview & Terms

Our content-driven coaching strategically develops leaders in the areas of desired growth by coupling experiential learning with a behavior-based approach to taking action on what they’ve pulled from each lesson to achieve measurable results in their area of responsibility. Our standard packages include access to our digital resources. We work with participants (and their immediate manager) to identify the specific courses and lessons that will provide the most applicable material that can be applied immediately. Lessons are followed by an assessment that will challenge the participant to identify the immediate action step that can be put in place right away; to detail the tangible outcome they hope to achieve by taking that action step; and to identify at least three additional things they can apply moving forward.

The coaching relationship is centered around the participant’s responses to the assessment questions and takes a very intentional approach to work through the actions they're taking and ensure they're getting to best results possible. Coaching sessions will be scheduled on a bi-weekly basis at a mutually agreed upon time. These are typically done virtually to make the best use of your time.

Our strategic goals in each individual coaching relationship will be focused around:

• Developing leadership skills that make a tangible impact in your current role;
• Ensuring that what you learn is being put into action and building a stronger leadership culture for the team you lead;
• Making a measurable impact on your organization's employee engagement and employee retention;
• Improving overall productivity and profitability in your area of responsibility!
• And other areas as determined by the participant and their manager.

Terms: Payments are to be made before services are provided, and as agreed upon.

We will always begin and end our sessions on time, typically through the coaching platform within the Dove Development & Consulting website or the LATNL Leadership Guide app, beginning after the initial intake session. Each session is recorded and transcribed to ensure we deliver the highest possible value. If you need to reschedule, 24-hours advance notice is required. If for some reason we (Wes or Cindy) need to reschedule and do not do so with 24-hour notice, you will be credited with an additional one coaching session, at no additional charge.

Our coaching relationships are completely confidential.  We will never share any information covered during a coaching relationship with any other person or organization without your expressed consent. In the unlikely event that there are concerns that need to be referred to another professional, we may be able to make that suggestion to you.

We conclude our coaching packages with a report-out session where the participant provides their manager with a summary of the action steps they’ve implemented and the measurable improvement they’ve achieved through those steps. Like the intake session, this is a generally a 30-minute virtual meeting at a mutually agreed upon time.
