Every lesson in this program is approved for one credit toward aPHR™, aPHRi™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™ and SPHRi™ recertification, and one PDC toward SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP®.
Initially created as an ongoing resource for those who had completed our Emerging Leader Development course, Leading At The Next Level now offers more than 200 lessons so individuals and organizations can be intentional about creating strategic, ongoing personal and professional development plans. Lessons have been added since the program launched in the 4th quarter of 2018, and each one has also been approved through the Virginia Department of Labor to count toward required classroom hours for Registered Apprenticeship programs.
