Mark Cole serves as the CEO of Maxwell Leadership enterprises and has more than 25 years of leadership and team development experience, which uniquely qualifies him to have an integral role and be the champion of the John C. Maxwell legacy.

He is committed to adding value to individual leaders and leadership teams. Mark has experience in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors, and he has led companies through economic challenges, growth barriers, and disconnected team dynamics.

Mark has worked more closely with John than anyone else in the world and brings exclusive access to John’s real time principles to the team. He delivers time-tested leadership principles ranging from personal leadership to multi-corporation leadership, as he resources leaders to develop those around them, ensuring teams are working to their highest potential.

Wes & Cindy Dove are nationally recognized thought leaders, authors, and trainers with a proven track record of helping organizations in every cross section of industry improve productivity and increase profitability by providing practical tools that supervisors, managers, executives, and owners can apply immediately to build stronger values-based cultures and create a best-in-class leadership environment that attracts great talent and achieves measurable results.

Both Wes and Cindy are Certified Human Behavior Consultants as well as Certified Trainers, Speakers and Coaches through Maxwell Leadership, and Wes holds a professional credential (SHRM-CP) through the Society for Human Resource Management.

BEN COFFMAN

MA, EFO, NRP

Ben currently serves as Deputy Fire Chief - Emergency Management Coordinator for Frederick County (Virginia) Fire & Rescue. He retired after more than 20 year's service in Fairfax County Fire & Rescue Department.

Additionally, Ben serves on the National Capital Region Incident Management Team, traveling to disasters across the nation. He's an occupational cancer survivor, a Badge-to-Badge mentor with the Firefighter Cancer Support Network, a member of the Peer Support Team at Fairfax County Fire & Rescue, and formerly served as the Fire Chief for the City of Livingston Montana Fire & Rescue.

Coffman is a Life Member of Hose Company 4, Inc Volunteer Fire Department in Harrisonburg. A lifelong friend of Wes Dove, Ben started his firefighting journey at just 14 years old with the Timberville, Virginia Volunteer Fire Department. Ben has dedicated his life to serving the communities he's been a part of.
